အကြောင်း

အမည်နှင့် အဓိပ္ပာယ်ဖွင့််ဆိုချက်

၁။ ဤအဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ အမည်ကို “ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ် ကျောင်းသားများသမဂ္ဂ” ဟု ခေါ်တွင်ရမည်။ မြန်မာဘာသာ အတိုကောက်အားဖြင့် “ရတကသ” ဟု ခေါ်တွင်ရမည်။ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာဖြင့် “University of Yangon Students’ Union” ဟု ခေါ်တွင်ရမည်။

၂။ ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ်ကျောင်းသားများသမဂ္ဂသည် ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ကျောင်းသားကျောင်းသူများ ရွေးကောက် တင်မြှောက်ထားသည့် လွတ်လပ်စွာရပ်တည်သော ကျောင်းသားအဖွဲ့အစည်းဖြစ်သည်။

၃။ ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ်ဟူသည် ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ် (ပင်မ)နှင့် ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ် (လှိုင်နယ်မြေ) တို့ကို ဆိုလိုသည်။

၄။ ကျောင်းသားထုဟူသည် ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ်တွင် ပညာသင်ကြားနေသော ဘွဲ့ကြို၊ ဘွဲ့လွန် ကျောင်းသား ကျောင်းသူများအားလုံးကို ဆိုလိုသည်။

၅။ အခြေခံအခွင့််အရေးများဟူသည် လူတိုင်းတန်းတူပညာသင်ခွင့်နှင့် အတွေးအခေါ်အယူအဆများကို လွတ်လပ် စွာထုတ်ဖော်ပြောဆိုခွင့်များကို ဆိုလိုသည်။

၆။ အမျိုးသားယဉ်ကျေးမှုဟူသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် မှီတင်းနေထိုင်ကြသော နိုင်ငံသားတိုင်း၏ ယဉ်ကျေးမှု ဓလေ့ထုံးတမ်းများကို ဆိုလိုသည်။

၇။ တက္ကသိုလ်၏ ဘက်ပေါင်းစုံတိုးတက်ရေးဟူသည် တက္ကသိုလ်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်စိမ်းလန်းစိုပြေရေး၊ သင်ထောက်ကူ ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် သုတေသနရန်ပုံငွေများလုံလောက်စွာရရှိရေး၊ အဆောက်အအုံ၊ ပညာရေးလွတ်လပ်ခွင့် နှင့် ခေတ်မီပညာရေးစနစ်တည်ဆောက်ရေး တို့ကို ဆိုလိုသည်။
